you are looking at all the things i’ve been craving lately, minus: donuts, tomato juice, spaghetti, and pickles, but realistically, i had to narrow down some (also, we had donuts after). camden was so sweet yesterday to brave the snow that had been falling all night, to pick up all the things i wanted for our brunch from the grocery store. we had: hard boiled eggs, tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, thinly sliced avocado, grapes with dubliner cheese, clementines, and roasted asparagus with a reduced balsamic vinegar dressing on top.

    Everything looks so yummy here, even the asparagus and I hate asparagus but I'm finding that my mouth is actually watering a little bit at this meal lol. And I like the balance of sweet and savory through fruits and veggies – and the donuts as an after snack sounds like the perfect treat 🙂

    woah – i normally eat just one or two fruits and veggies at a time, but this plate looks incredible! makes me want to eat fruits and veggies all of the time! healthy and gorgeous spread.
