+++ just a few pictures taken this weekend +++
this past weekend we had an exceptional yard sale. thanks again to all you lovely readers who came out to support it. it was so nice to put faces to your emails and comments. we also hopefully put an end to this treacherous apartment hunting that has been ongoing for the last six months of our lives. we found one that hopefully (please oh please!!!) will work. we are running out of time, scratch that, we are out of time. the compact little place isn’t without needing a bit of a fix up. all the walls are in serious need of a fresh coat of white paint and the lighting fixtures, lets just say need to go. however, it did have a sweet little sunroom in the front that would be perfect for a little office/art studio. it was in a charming part of town as well, and, might i add, the outside of the apartment was lovely, always a plus. it has definite potential – thank goodness.

yay! I was so bummed I couldnt make it. I had a sick little one attached to me all weekend. Hope the apartment works out! we live just south of libery park and everything arount us is hit or miss. our place has come so far just since we decorated and repainted. Just imagine it with all of your things in it and you wont even notice the lighting fixtures. best of luck 🙂
No worries. I totally understand. I know, this is what I'm trying to do. I always feel uneasy until everything is locked in place. Hoping everything will work out soon! Hope your little one feels better soon!

Useful overview. Thanks for sharing your good thoughts and idea here. Just continue on sharing your talent and creation to us readers. christmas jewelry is our love. So graceful and elegant pearl bead. And they always draw ladies’attention no matter where. Hope you can do more and I'll keep an eye on loose pearls.
