let it go on record, and let me knock on wood before and after i make this next statement, but this is one of the nicest actual autumns we have had since i can remember. here, fall usually starts out resembling summer and ends as full blown winter with not much nice cool weather in between, but this year has been different. besides one day when the valley floors got dusted with the lightest amount of snow, it has been beautiful autumn weather resting, most days, somewhere in the mid fifties. this sort of behavior deserves a few photos, i think … crossing my fingers it lasts!

    Oh….. these are just too beautiful!!!!
    I love autumn for its yellow leaves… But here in Russia we have this nice weather for just a couple weeks… All the rest… cold, rains and snow… Not so cool =)))

      I know what you mean, it's rare here that we have such a nice fall. It's usually more like winter most of the time. And the yellow leaves are definitely special!

    the pictures are gorgeous.we only have 2 seasons here in indonesia, draught and rain, so i don't have many experience with autumn. but i love autumn. and i can't believe there's only 2 and a half months left for 2013.

    these are absolutely stunning, sara. takin' my breath away over here. & making me terribly nostalgic for east coast falls…i guess utah is trying out an east coast autumn streak! enjoy! : )
